Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any pole dance class information in this area. 

So good news...this is a new area for pole dancing to begin!

If you live in an area without a pole dance studio nearby, think about the following ideas:

• Buy your own dance pole to use at home

• Buy a book on pole dancing or one of the instructional DVD's

• Join an online pole dance group 

• Learning from free YouTube videos 

• Skype with a friend you can meet in an online pole fitness forum/community

• Form your own pole group to jam in your home or at a local facility

• Reach out to your local gyms or dance studios with your request to find pole dance fitness classes or a studio. You never know! You may give a current business owner with the resources a great idea!

• Most of all, don't be discouraged! Lots of us are self-taught or cannot get to a studio regularly. 

You CAN learn to pole dance on your own!

Pole dancing in Bangladesh is possible! Just because there is no studio nearby is not a reason that should stop you from starting on your own pole dance journey. You can do it on your own with the help of a few videos and a pole.

• It's FUN! Addicting even!

• It is always a sport that will challenge your fitness level. 

• You get rewarded with amazing changes in your body! Weight loss and building a lot of strength. 

• You make wonderful friends in the pole dancing community worldwide

• Try pole dancing in Bangladesh on your own and SEE how far you can go on your own :)
