Pole Dance Stag Spin

The Stag spin, also known as the Ballerina, Sunwheel and Attitude is one of the basic pole dance spins that you will learn early in your pole dancing journey. It is a good idea if you learn the Fireman and the Chair spin before moving on to this one. This spin requires control and strength in your obliques.
