The Side Spiral, a pole dance spin, is a pretty move. It takes you committing your body to go sideways, again an unnatural move just like inverting. You have to think about allowing your head and whole body to go sideways for this spin to be done effectively.
This spin is also called the Tuck spin, the Body spin, and the Sideways spin.
