POLE DANCING BIKINIS

Pole dancing bikinis are another option instead of booty shorts and tank tops . If you want a sexier, more attractive outfit for a performance (or just for yourself!) try one.

The Pole Dancing Shop has a ton of styles to choose from like this cute, snug and sparkly one pictured here.

Usually the tops have a string or halter type of tie and the bottoms are smaller than a full-bottomed swimsuit bikini. You want to make sure that you can move around in it without it riding up too far or too the side (oops!) and that the top stays on securely while going upside down or sideways.

Some popular brands are Bad Kitty Exotic wear, Flirt and Foreplay. The bikinis are designed with the dancer and her movements in mind.

Wearing a pole dancing bikini also allows for maximum skin exposure, something we need when we are trying to get that pole grip with our skin. And if you are having any trouble sticking to the pole, check out my solutions here

When wearing a smaller outfit like a bikini, keep in mind that you will need to keep things trimmed and out of the way beneath (ahem!).

Try shaving, waxing, sugaring, tweezing or lasering the hair around your bikini line. Also consider hair removal further in as in extended bikini hair removal or Brazilian style.

When you try on your bikini you will want to get in front of a mirror and spread your legs apart as far as you can - as if you were going to do the splits in front of a crowd. If you can see hair - BEWARE! Not good. Full hair removal or all but the smallest patch above the vulva is a good idea if you are going to be wearing something this small and moving around on a pole.
