Here is a small sampling of some of my favorite free pole dancing videos...I like to watch them to inspire me to become better, to keep practicing, to try out old moves in new ways and to see how each pole dancer incorporates their own style of dance into their moves.
I mostly find them on YouTube because free is good right? There are also lots of good videos on training, learning anf performing that you can purchase as well, such as Pantera's dvd and Jamillas.
